B is for…Breakfast. It’s called the most important meal of the day for a very good reason. Breakfast cerealWhen you wake up in the morning you haven’t eaten for about twelve hours. Even if you don’t feel hungry, you need to prepare your body for learning. Without breakfast you won’t be able to concentrate properly and you will find your lessons more difficult, so make sure you get up 10 minutes earlier every day to give yourself time to eat a bowl of cereal or a slice of toast.
